Able to implement changes quickly to service customers. Streamlined management structure.

Cons

The quick changing is not always right or ethical. Horrible management structure - no customer focus. The bottom line is how many frequent flyer miles/hotel points can a VP/Sr VP earn.

Extreme schedule flexibility and ubiquitous remote or work-from-home (although not policy)

Cons

Much bureaucracy stifling innovation. Too much remoteness which worked when the teams were mostly very senior ... but are now a higher mix of lesser-experienced pros. The organization over-all seems to not believe it is on the same team ( and in particular support groups behave as if they are business drivers and this is mainly due to their misguided penchant for bureaucracy.
