      No Training. Either Swim or Sink. Long hours work day

      Pros

      Work from home. High Salaries. I guess that is the bait.

      Cons

      Get ready to work long hours, even as they tell you there is work-life balance, there is none. Work is first. There is no comp time. Primarily, there is NO training whatsoever. Even as they have procedures written down...you are supposed to figure things out on your own. Recently they had layoffs. So think twice. Benefits are expensive to get.

      With the new leadership that has taken over Comtech is beginning to really move forward into the future. We are on a hiring push and looking to keep things growing into the future.

      Cons

      Still a little short on staff but we are working to change that and get more people in.

      Convenient from the Long Island Expressway

      Cons

      Hands down, the worst work experience I've ever had! Inadequate training, coupled with an immediate supervisor with a surly disposition. Never any positive feedback or a desire to help you succeed. You have two weeks to master the position or you are tossed out the door. A terrible waste of your time!
