Pros
It's a small company and most of the people that work there are nice.
Cons
Most of the employees have been there forever and have such an old mentality and aren't open to new ideas. HR is a tiny team of just 2 or maybe 3 people on a good day, depending who quit that day. HR is horrible and treats their own tiny staff like garage and the whole company sees it. High turn over in HR and it's no surprise because leadership undermines its staff. You're not even treated like a human being in HR, just getting yelled at all time, being asked to work on senseless projects with no resources or tools, and embarrassed in front of all the other employees about dumb arguments with your boss, who the president won't fire because of who knows what.
