Pros
Great pay. Paid on time. New, upcoming contracts At least for myself I received a really good laptop. PTO is okay @ 10 days. Great communication between teams.
Cons
Sink or swim. Training really is not structured, if you don’t thrive off learning on your own and digging for information. You will not be successful. Communication within a team can be lacking at times, as team is small and people tend to be doing other things, so they don’t pay attention to chat. No real level 3 lead/senior staff. For people with over 5+ or even 10+ experience they are underutilized in terms of guiding the team to be successful. No workflow coordinator or QA team; everyone does what they want in someway so no standardized process or ticketing.
