      Independent work. Great people to work with. Helps to be self-driven to stay on task.

      Cons

      Little oversight, so not a lot of opportunities for your work to shine. It is up to you to communicate your progress. When they hired me they let go of my manager a year in and never replaced him. Money is hard to come by there.

      Free drinks, nice waterfront building and flexible work from home options. Basic benefits.

      Cons

      Only privileged people gets to work from home, Many foreign workers take over one month vacation. Hot tempered senior QA managers and limited opportunity for advancement. Poor insurance benefit, costs arms and legs to make co pay. Don't be fooled by higher pay. You will pay up.
