      Pros

      Friendly environment Depend on your supervisor, you will receive good support & respect

      Cons

      Doesn't take employee loyalty into consideration. They've been laid off people who have been with the company for 14, 15, 19 years just with 1 Month paid check, nothing else. Now everyone is working & worry when will be their turn. Honestly, work here to get experience then you better look for somewhere else.

      Pros

      You can get a CAC card which allows you to access vast amounts of information to educate yourself.

      Cons

      Lack of training, followed by a lack of loyalty to their employees pushes most away. They pinch pennies where improvements to the company are needed and overspend on stupid things.

      Pros

      Meaningful work even for entry level employees. Some great and knowledgeable people to work with. Benefits package includes a discounted stock purchase.

      Cons

      Fixed 3% raise policy from corporate. No clear cut path to promotions and people with the same job title will have wildly different levels of experience and skill. Management doesn't really manage employees; they manage projects, but you still do have a manager who often needs to be reminded of what projects you are actually working on. A lot of the work is copied from old projects and updated/merged for new projects.
