      Amazing environment Flexible Schedule Job Satisfaction They allow you to set your schedule and priorites, if you're responsible.

      Cons

      Lack of clear progression. Contracts not very stable.

      Pros

      401K, Space and Component group seems to be doing well, could probably grow there if you are lucky enough to work in that group.

      Cons

      Unfortunately downhill after Orlando/Tampa group losing contracts in 2020. Not a whole lot of areas or opportunities to grow. HR is non existent.
