      Pros

      The employees at Comtech are what makes the company great to work at. People are smart, generally helpful, and fun to be around.

      Cons

      We are understaffed and need to get better at company-wide organization. You end up doing your job, plus another job, plus someone elses work and it typically goes unrecognized.

      Very professional and friendly environment, great team collaboration, flexible schedule, knowledgeable experienced co-workers, a lot to learn and work on, great ongoing projects, in-depth focused systems, different technologies exposure.

      Cons

      Nothing really worth mentioning here... maybe the resources to learn new systems need a little more organization.
