      A friendly place, comfortable, easy schedule old culture good projects, can enjoy the work if you don't care about compensation and benefits, always loaded with work

      Cons

      It is your choice, if you want to be loaded, people can get their way without doing much. Very poor managers and talent is not honored. A pessimistic outlook.
