The test engineers had a great attitude. So did some of the system engineers

Sometimes lacks organization. Overseas deployments could be long or short term. You never know.

Many great sales folks, developers, managers that trully care about their work and product. Allows telecommuting for a wide range of positions.

Cons

Company Comtech acquired TCS in early 2016. Probably had not investigated issues with existing projects being deployed as thoroughly as they now wish they had. Major contracts down the tubes, multiple lay-offs in 2016 as a result

Pros

The workers are great and do a decent job in spite of the horrid managers. The compensation and benefits are standard within the industry.

Cons

The CEO is old and set in his ways and all of his decisions are contrary to a productive work environment. This causes confusion and arbitrary orders given to middle managers who are clueless at best and totally inept at worst. Any company with the huge workforce turn over that this company has, shows it is being ran wrong from top down.
