      Pros

      Good hands on lab experience, learned a tremendous amount of satellite technology and networking. Plenty of tools and lots of hands-on scenarios.

      Cons

      Needs more team interaction and training.

      Pros

      CEFD has a casual work environment without too many meetings. The pay and benefits are decent, and there are many good people to work with at CEFD.

      Cons

      CEFD is very disorganized, and the departments have conflicts with each other that upper management can't seem to resolve. Many of the mid-level managers use intimidation as a motivational technique.
