      Friendly environment Depend on your supervisor, you will receive good support & respect

      Cons

      Doesn't take employee loyalty into consideration. They've been laid off people who have been with the company for 14, 15, 19 years just with 1 Month paid check, nothing else. Now everyone is working & worry when will be their turn. Honestly, work here to get experience then you better look for somewhere else.

      Pros

      Very small company with lots of travel opportunities and potential for growth as long as they make a legitimate sale in the near future...

      Cons

      Be careful when approached by this company. Management doesn't position the employees for success. Things like training are not a priority when it comes to employees. Most employees remain working here with the fear of being released. Much more to discuss but i digress....
