Amazing job for fresh graduates

Pros

They hiring fresh grads without requiring something like 5 years of experience. Union benefits and decent health care.

Cons

Pay is not the best and new staff do not get the same health coverage as the older staff.

Pros

We work 37 hours a week but are paid a living wage. I love it here. Our healthcare is top notch and our retirement plan is good

Cons

I wish we had longer lunch breaks. 30 mins is not enough to relax after working 4 hours straight in my opinion
