Nothing really I do think it’s good

Tough place to work. If you don't have utility experience it can take a long time to learn the ropes there. The way the company is run can feel really ridgid and stuck in their ways. Then on the flip side, they'll cram change down your throat by force. They don't take firing lightly, and they're not afraid to burn out their employees. They are very slow to respond to poor performance, careful not to get sued, so I had a real hard time letting go of someone on my team who was performing well below expectations. Some folks find a comfortable spot and coast along. I didn't find it very supportive. The work was fulfilling but I cared too much about my work to do it poorly, and was broken after nearly 10 years by a lack of support or resources. They work you until you drop. The reward for doing good work is more work.
