Pros

I have worked here for over 10 years. I really like my team and manager. I appreciate all of the company updates that we get about various topics - from a cookout to a policy change. Even if things don't apply to me, I'm still made aware of them and it makes me feel included. There are opportunities to grow and I feel like I complete meaningful work.

Cons

Miss seeing my team and having conversations in person since the pandemic, but also grateful to be able to work remotely.

I guess the money is ok if you can manage to hit your bonus

Awful soul sucking work, most of management sucks.
