Travel, working with customers, interesting product

Cons

Micro Managing, Employee moral, Terrible Management. If you are late for weather or family matters you will talked too. If you leave ten minutes early you had better make up that ten minutes. In sales I would like to call out Jerry and Mike specifically for there poor management skills and how they treat employees. If you dont follow the dress code you will be sent home. No room for growth. Highly stressful environment. If you work in the office you will be treated like a shop worker!

Wow! I made the best decision of my career coming onboard here at Conax! 4 months in and I have never worked in such an Amazing supportive environment, The people and the leadership team are all the best part of being here. Holiday shut down week of Christmas Summer schedules!
