Pros
Most diverse and productive clinic system ever. Operations directors, medical directors, front office and back office of various backgrounds and highly skilled. Everyone is usually doing 2-3 jobs. Believe in seeing patients immediately within the day. Accessible (almost 20 clinics in the town I worked in) and no waiting weeks to be seen. Has armed security at some sites. Numbers oriented but managers that get stuff done. They tell you if you are slacking and will send staff home that is out of line. Nice, approachable doctors with a lot of experience. Overall, a good experience.
Cons
Everyone is doing 2-3 jobs. Seeing 2 plus patients at a time, mandatory calls to patient employers during the day, security issues at certain locations, long wait time for patients.
