      Pros

      The clinics are closed on weekend and there is no on call hours. Some of the co-workers that you meet. I also worked with a advanced level manager that that was able to help me build my clinical skills.

      Cons

      Most of the clinic managers and above only focus is hitting their numbers so that they can make bonus. They have some manager and directors that are just medical assistant with no experience or college background and it shows in their management style. The structure is a joke and the place is a revolving door. Most experienced people don't last at the company as they find better employment opportunities and leave. Everytime you go to a clinic there are new employees, doctors, and managers.

      Pros

      Concentra is a good place to work. They offer good benefits and wellness programs for their employees. They do a lot to keep the urgent care centers performing at a high level

      Cons

      do not offer many opportunities to interact with other departments. Onboarding process could be better as communication is not ideal.

      Pros

      There is a pervaise corporate culture presented to new staff called "The Orange Book". They try.

      Cons

      The corporate culture that Concentra would like to trickle to it's workers, doesn't. Unless you know someone, don't apply. You may get hired, but the staff is not accepting and the water cooler chat compares to no other.
