      Pros

      Hard to think of any. Been lucky to work with updated equipment.

      Cons

      - Hires "MBAs" with no healthcare experience to run the clinics - Inadequate and inconsistent training - Take away all divisions that support the clinics and operations and put responsibility on clinic managers - Low on compensation pay scales - Too big of a bureaucracy to get anything done - Keeps losing money - Keeps losing market share - Management and Directors are under qualified often, no management skills and hard to get rid of - Preach consistency across clinics/offices - never implement - Hard to get anyone in Corporate to listen or care - Keep making bad business decisions - Disjointed and unorganized - Dole out lots of surveys and does nothing with the information

      Nice patients. Rewarding to help the patients get better.

      Cons

      1. sales and operations clowns are uneducated uncredentialled sycophants who leech their existence off of the actual healthcare workers in the clinics. They contribute absolutely NOTHING and add extreme cost to the organization. 2. A behemoth gluttonous corporate structure rides on the backs of underpaid, disrespected, and abused MAs,Xray techs, PTs, doctors and nurse practitioners.

      Great people to work with. Team oriented and supportive.

      Cons

      Health benefits, since they are with current owner Humana is a glorified health savings account. I ended up paying $200 of $210 for an office visit to a primary care doctor.
