      Senior Management (top 5 leaders) care about employees great transformation taking place in culture and patient experience exciting business opportunities as new services are introduced

      Very limited resources in place to support culture, patient experience, and new busines changes Programs/Products implemented for sake of rolling out versus thoroughly thinking through implementation Compensation at many levels is an issue

      Pros

      One of the biggest things I like about working here is that while it is a large company, it has a very entrepreneurial spirit providing the benefit of both worlds. We have the backing of a large company but are encouraged to find better ways of doing things – we just need to be able to make a sound business case.
