      Pros

      lots of resources in order to help you succeed. leadership is really amazing. really care about you as a person. room for growth and advancement if you are consistent and put in the work.

      Cons

      when I was initially hired on I was lead to believe I would be making commissions but have yet to really see or understand how I am able to make that happen. Unclear as to how bonus structure is laid out.

      Pros

      I had a lot of freedom with my scheduling.

      Cons

      Lie and tell you their working on getting people raises. Tell you they have no money to give people raises while higher ups get big bonuses. Putting as much work as they can on technicians while management doesn’t do a whole lot.
