      Pros

      Concept Plus really cares about people, both customers and employees. They strongly believe in a culture that treats people like real human beings instead of just a cog in the machine and they back up that belief by spending money on it. I feel valued and respected for what I bring to the table.

      Cons

      There are not many, this the first company I've been at where I'm not thinking about my next move. If I needed to pick something, it would be that some departments work better as a cross-functional partner than others.

      Pros

      - Very family oriented business - There's a lot of room for growth and advancement within the company - Great paid training / on site classes / paid-time-off hours - Offers health, dental, vision insurance, retirement savings and many other work benefits - Ability to flex-hours / Voluntary overtime / No weekends - Excellent Coworkers/Management/Director/CEO; all very supportive of ideas for the company. with many fun work games throughout the year to bring everyone together as a team - Food days / Company parties - Multiple awards for fastest growing company -Casual dress code

      Cons

      There are no cons to working at Concept Plus.

      Pros

      Friendly super smart employees! Love working with our teams! They truly are the best of the best at what they do and are all about providing our customers with high quality products, excellent customer service, and forming lasting relationships internally as a team and externally with our stakeholders. Very proud to be a part of the CP team. Sr Management is always accessible, flexible, and is an integrated part of each team. They know their projects and products and help to find ways to improve constantly.

      Cons

      Concept Plus is growing - which is a good thing, but definitely has its struggles as the company as a whole implements new processes and grows together. This means some processes stick and sometimes they're re-vamped and "new" again in a short manner of time until perfected. Team members are a part of creating these processes so you have input, but know that you are expected to be a part of the solutions here and not just follow. Since a small business that's growing you will sometimes wear multiple hats to get a job done!
