      Great benefits, salary, location, free soda and gym in HQ, and work-life balance.

      I work at client's side - they don't have free sodas or Birthday cakes.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good. They offer flex time.

      Cons

      Unless you fit into the upper management clique, you will not last long. You're in or your out. They have an HR person who is very unprofessional and rude to the staff. It's a big turn off to most of the employees, but they're afraid to say anything for fear of losing their job.
