      Small, but growing IT company.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good. They offer flex time.

      Cons

      Unless you fit into the upper management clique, you will not last long. You're in or your out. They have an HR person who is very unprofessional and rude to the staff. It's a big turn off to most of the employees, but they're afraid to say anything for fear of losing their job.

      Client FAA is straight forward to work with but Vendor Concept solutions is not.

      Flexibility, Easy applications to deal with.

      Cons

      Egoistic leads, Partiality towards their family members and friends, improper planning and bulk hiring. No respect to senior resources. HR Not supportive and Dumb HR. Dumb management. No action taken when a situation is escalated on dumb leads.

      Great pay, That's all I can say.

      Cons

      Rude Leadership, Leaders don't know how to talk to employees. In particularly 2 people. I can't believe they let them continue working there. Other leaders don't do much, Too many hurdles and can't get much done. This company needs alot of help.
