no value for human beings, the HR department is like a police force. The CIO is only interested in his friends. Indians and H1B are more preferred. No work life balance, you can be fired for no reason and at any time

Used to be WFH. No more.

Cons

Recently fired dozens of employees with zero warning or notice. No severance. Just the hope for unemployment benefits which might be paid several weeks after being laid off. Also recently switched dozens of employees from work-from-home to in-office, with no notice or time to plan. Unwarranted accusations from managers about work from home employees not doing enough work. In-office culture is very divided between management and the rest of the employees who are not treated as significant. Management plays favorites BIG TIME. I am still employed here but looking elsewhere. I feel for many good people/coworkers who were laid off through no fault of their own.
