Pros

Company is financially healthy and growing

Cons

Politics: People spend more time managing optics than focusing on doing great things. Vision isn’t clear, no risks are taken and they can afford to be this way because the company has great finances. They talk about innovating but they don’t actually innovate.

Pros

Flexibility, great co-workers, projects that will challenge you and fulfilling work

Cons

Since Chris Moore stepped down as CEO and moved to a founders role and also getting into bed with private equity firms, things have gone downhill. Constant changing priorities, new CEO doesn't have that save caring connection to employees. You're expected to constantly work long days with multiple pointless meetings.
