Terrible pay and no opportunity to increase salary and no bonuses - huge lack of transparency. Make sure you get the salary band before accepting offer because you won't be able to increase pay from there. Health insurance has also been very bad (high premiums and terrible coverage for basic health care needs) Extremely disorganized - no internal structure and no sense of who is leading on what or who is part of which projects. Even clients seem confused and frustrated. No cohesion among colleagues and many employees are distant and cold; friendly faces are few and far between. It is evident that remote work has led to a negative work culture that often feels tense and isolating.
