At the moment there are no pros. it was all 2-3 years back

1. not Flexible work schedule 2. Bad work culture 3. no proper management 4. Prefer mostly people from their own cultural background so no diversity and inclusion.

There’s opportunities to travel, and my colleagues are the best!

Cons

Frequent redundancies leave teams under resourced and overworked. No respect for work/life balance from senior leadership. Progression opportunities are extremely limited and the salary is poor.
