Pros

- The compensation for the work you do is very good - you can make very good monthly bonuses if you hit your targets. - Fun colleagues and office vibe - feels very friendly - Exciting brand activations in office so can make the most of free food/drink - Great company to have on your CV

Cons

- Strong lack of career progression and internal job opportunities are few and far between - The job itself is very repetitive so can become monotonous if you aren't passionate - The workflow and management style is outdated - Promotions on a timely / intake basis and not so much on individual performance
