Pros

Working with world-class brands can be exciting and prestigious, but when the work environment becomes toxic, it can quickly overshadow the positive aspects.

Cons

Poor management, constant changes in direction, and a lack of effective leadership can significantly negatively impact an organization.

Pros

Obviously the brands within the organization are very prestigious and having CN on your resume looks great! The offices are beautiful.

Cons

There is zero work/life balance, management has know idea what they’re doing and constantly pivoting strategies, unclear goals, insufficient resourcing, and rampant discrimination from racism to transphobia. I was regularly expected to work evenings, weekends, and holidays without additional compensation. There is zero morale and the environment is very competitive and cut throat. Pay and benefits are way below industry standard
