Pros

If you work on a great team, it drastically improves your day to day. They also do pay more than other conglomerates like Heart and Meredith.

Cons

Burnout is easy. ELT is heartless and it diminishes the passion of the work. They’re obsessed with money and don’t care who they have to lay off to get there. No upward growth, cutthroat competition, hard-to-reach KPIs. Very white

Pros

Great people who do great work.

Cons

The company and powers that be continue to not listen to employees and make decisions that hinder everyone's ability to do their jobs. The higher ups are out of touch and continuously hide behind emails to enforce their agenda.
