Pros

It's a good company to work for however the work environment largely depends on the team you work in.

Cons

4 days working from office with strict punch in and out times Expected to attend and manage overseas calls by maintaining the time at office is challenging Fear of layoffs Location is in centre of city - church street so it gets difficult to commute

Pros

As you might imagine, working for Condé has many perks. It's a great portfolio of brands to work for from a status perspective, and we are well-compensated on the whole.

Cons

Condé has recently become much more 'corporate', with a growing lack of empathy and understanding amongst the top level of management. From RTO mandates that lead to a buildup of resentment and a decrease in productivity, to arbitrary rules about when you can take lunch or leave the office, it's all becoming a little robotic. There is also a significant lack of growth opportunities amongst the entry-mid level roles, and this has pushed a lot of talent out. There is a significant presence of favouritism in some areas, and a lack of 'merit-based' decisions.
