Pros

Was once great but is no longer. Good location and smart/fun coworkers.

Cons

Long hours, low pay, understaffed with no end in sight, employees are routinely asked to take one for the team with no mention of compensation for said additional work, consistently finding out company information through 3rd party reports which are then half-way addressed after being in the news cycle, constant re-orgs, having to navigate multiple scandals per year, cons definitely outweigh the pros here.

Pros

Made a lot of life-long friends here and learned a lot.

Cons

Horrible management (think Devil Wears Prada). Absolutely no room for growth- if you take a job here, expect your salary to never increase. You only see a promotion if you know the right person at the top.
