Good work life balance

Pros

Work life balance is great, people are generally open to new ideas

Cons

Besides the editorial team, supporting functions don't seem to receive much investment. Also, the organisation is not so structured, which opens up opportunities for innovation, but can frustrate you too, as the processes are unclear.

Business Outlook

Pros

Still a big name in the market Nice colleagues and the opportunity to work with important personalities worldwide

Cons

Zero work-life balance Salary is extremely low No hr support Extremely pretentious management team without investing in the people, not even in the basics Anyone who’s joining the team is through friendship and never through an actual interview process
