Business Outlook
Pros
- There's some really good guys working there - An overall good atmosphere - New office - People pull together to solve issues, even if their not meant too!
Cons
- The overall product has major issues - Clients are often mis-sold the product - Poor mid and senior level management - Support products such as NetSuite and ServiceNow provide more problems than good - India based team are bottom of the barrel and often cause more problems - HR and overall benefits package is poor (minimum necessary)
