Pros
Conductor took me in straight out of college. I didn't understand the industry, but they gladly taught me. I always wanted to sell and they gave me the opportunity. I worked my way up in their business and it made me very successful. I teamed up with many of the co-founders, made plenty of friends, and became a better professional because of this place. Unlike most firms, this place has soul to it. You'll feel like you've joined a family should you be given the chance to work here. I've since moved industries, but will never forget these folks. A lot of the skills picked up here will be eternally useful. Seth, the CEO, is an excellent leader. When you board a ship, you need to trust the captain. The man has built the business up extremely well. He's passed this professional, good nature onto his leadership and employees. The tech is also solid.
Cons
No business is perfect. You'll have disagreements, miscommunications, and frustrations. Welcome to the world of the living, ladies and gentlemen. While all of this might not be ideal, these obstacles pop up no matter where you work; it's how YOU, as the individual, address any qualms. The management, at least in my experience, enforces a friendly, open-door policy.
