Pros

Conductor is an incredible company that is moving at an extremely fast pace. There couldn't be a better time to be here as there is substantial opportunity in this space. The people you work with are more genuine than you will find at any other company. There is no red tape or politicking to deal with, which is a breath of fresh air. Leadership is filled with real people who care deeply for their teams and want them to succeed. The product differentiates itself very easily and in many ways has pulled ahead of competitors. The only thing holding the company back is its size.

Cons

Things move extremely fast and directives may change. I don't think this is a bad thing as it's a result of how quickly the industry is moving. However, it does require staying on top of things.
