Pros

Incredibly friendly environment. Good people across the board from leadership downwards. Everyone is always open to helping, Office space is nice. Leadership is transparent

Cons

Have had to cut a number of roles in the past year which has led to everyone taking on scope of work. Can be overwhelming at times.

Pros

Never had a job where the company cared so much about doing right for its customers and its employees. The CEO often talks about how the company takes it's revenue from customers and reinvests it back into the product to give our customers the best solution. It feels good to work at a company where hard work is valued, and we try hard to do the right thing - even in tough times.

Cons

The company is doing transformational type work and it can be hard to work on all the new while supporting the way of the past. Not an easy job.

Pros

The incoming Conductor owners, especially the appointed General Manager of Conductor GmbH have decimated the culture which was already in a downslide due to financials before Searchmetrics was bought. Everyone is leaving in droves, those who haven't already been let go. So I guess the pro is that people are finally seeing that this is not a place to want to work, a place where talent is not valued. The final straw for me, a long term employee, was when the GM questioned a dedicated long term employee's in office time and behaviour in front of the entire company on the Slack general channel, a discussion that clearly should be 1:1 private. This is management 101 but these manager's were clearly not traiined properly or just don't have any professional etiquette. US HR leadership and the CEO need to do something about it but they are so out of touch with an HR leader who runs the organization like an old stodgy over-engineered 50k person company and not a fast and nimble tech business that has under 500 employees.

Cons

Toxic leadership that does not value "work-life" balance and employee's don't have to work around the clock or show up to an office to do their best work. It's a circus and the company is swirling the drain under this new form of micromanagement.
