Feedback is constant and in the heart of every interaction. No one is offended because the dynamic of providing honest, constructive feedback is the life blood of how this company functions. If you're looking to grow professionally, this is where you'll do it. That being said, everyone understands you are growing! If you are good with feedback, nothing is ever held against you and rather seen as your own growth and development, which is awesome to have that recognized by management. The company is going through some major changes to our systems and processes, and everyone is very understanding that we're still responsible for delivering regardless. The phrase of "trying to change the engine while flying the plane" is accurate but management is understanding that adjusting to this takes time. Everyone is super collaborative and willing to help out on a project even outside of their own domain. The people are amazing, talented, and extremely friendly. I don't think I've ever met more genuinely kind people who are also super intelligent. It would be intimidating if they weren't also super helpful :) As far as Diversity and Inclusion go, there are serious efforts to make this a top priority. Hiring a Chief People Officer in December who's made it more of a focus, and navigating the balance of making it a common conversation without being distracting is still underway. There are Company Resource Groups with opportunities to get involved if you want, but not thrown in your face if that's not for you. There's plenty of work to be done to meet the moment we're currently in as a society, but the intention is there with some immediate action already being taken. It's not an easy space to navigate for anyone but Management is making it known that it is a priority.

Conductor has an incredible culture. People love working here - you rarely see tech companies this size with so many employees that have been there 6,7,8,9 even 10+ years. The product is far and away the best solution in the market, has the best third party recognition in the space, and Conductor's never-ending focus on innovation makes it very difficult for competitors to keep up. The work is stimulating, there's no shortage of brilliant people to learn from, and leadership truly puts it's employees and customers first, always. Leadership has done a great job creating a fun atmosphere that embodies the work hard, play hard mentality. Company values are clearly communicated, and its great to work somewhere where they put such an emphasis on transparency. CEO Seth would give the shirt off his back to any employee, always leads by example, and truly cares about every person who works here. Truly a people-first leader, and inspiring to work for. Overall, a great organization to be a part of.
