Pros

Conductor has a very merit-based culture. This is my first job out of college and I attribute so much of my growth, both professional and personal, to Conductor. It is a very hit-the-ground-running environment, and hard work is valued and recognized. It's been so wonderful to have support from leadership, and I am especially grateful for the amazing managerial support I received that encouraged me to pitch and earn my own promotion.

Cons

Conductor isn't perfect, but by hosting open forums to ask questions directly to leadership, it shows how much we are always striving to improve.

If there's one thing I can say about Conductor after being here for 2 years, it's that they hire the nicest, most genuine people. I can honestly say that every morning when I come in I am greeted by smiling faces, and I leave every evening happy. The recruitment team truly does a tremendous job at hiring not only qualified & talented people, but also just good people.

Cons

I wish we had another Pacman machine because we only have one.

Conductor is a fast paced, exciting environment in a even more exciting industry that is full of really smart people. The company has experienced some significant growth which has brought in new talent that are injecting new ideas and excitement. It's a very good time to be here. With that said, the goals we are working towards are challenging so it's a great place to be if you want to work hard and contribute.

Cons

With the recent growth, there are growing pains that will happen. These topics can be frustrating but leadership proactively addresses these concerns and provides feedback to maintain transparency and provide you with a chance to make a difference. If you are unsatisfied with anything, you have the ability to share your opinion and propose a solution.
