Outstanding culture. Wonderful people. Transparent leadership team. Remote options available for certain positions. Work/life balance is above average compared to other orgs. Ability to learn and grow your career across multiple teams if you desire.

Cons

Being a SaaS company, Conductor can fall victim to economic downturn which can make things feel unstable from time to time. Growth opportunities can be limited with it being a smaller company unless you are willing to transfer departments.
