Excellent company with a fast paced work environment. Ability to work with some really intelligent and talented folks who will help you elevate yourself to the next level. An opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the world at a company with one of the most fun, people first cultures out there. Pros

The people here, whether they're in your department or not, are fantastic to work with, and hang out with. The company is a complete meritocracy in that if you have a great idea with a sense of direction, you'll be given the tools necessary to realize that idea in earnest. There's no ego, and everyone is willing to collaborate to contribute to the overall good of the company. Metrics and KPIs are clear, so there's always a quantitative and qualitative sense of direction.

Cons

There's a good amount of autonomy involved in the day-to-day, and that might not be a good fit for everybody. Since we're a start-up, the workload can be a bit stressful at times.
