Pros

Conductor brands itself as a people-first company and during my tenure there, it lived up to it. It's an environment that helps you grow as a professional and a person. Conductor gave me the opportunity to pursue creative solutions to challenges, engage with interesting and brilliant folks, all the while knowing that they care about you. I'd happily recommend anyone seeking something like that to do so at Conductor.

Cons

As is with most start-ups, I felt the ebbs and flow of being burnt out at Conductor. I will say, though, that everyone is willing to lend a supporting hand during the troughs of feeling overworked or under-resourced. So guess you can see a bit of positive in a seemingly common feeling within the industry.

Cons

There’s been high turnover/layoffs and contempt for constant changes. Leadership continues to set unrealistic goals for the company while disregarding market conditions and team bandwidth. Then when goals are missed, we become the scapegoats despite poor decisions we had to follow. Hard to trust HR
