      Pros

      Great people with a lot of drive. Strong product. Strong values. Open communication with organization. Tries to do well by employees.

      Cons

      Big round of layoffs at the end of 2022. Company is a bit of mess right now as it works to fix problems. CS being rebuild from scratch going into 2023. Very siloed work. Collaboration is encouraged but limited effort goes towards making it a possibility.

      Pros

      The people you work with and for are great. They are all very very friendly and kind hearted people who know what they are doing. There’s a lot of growth within the company which is nice to see. The office is also very clean and not a place to go into 3 days a week

      Cons

      A lot of micromanagement. I assume from all the change that constantly goes on within the company. There needs to be a bit more trust from management
