Very little honestly. They had food sometimes?

Cons

It's hard to knkw where to grt started. The goals and objectives you have set are unrealistic to start. If you can't hit them, they look at you sideways and maoe you feel very little. The CEO is always talking about people first but has been laying people off since November of 2022, the product is not stable, and he's not a trustworthy leader behind your back. To your face everything's great and all smiles.

Incredible team-focused, client-prioritized company. Wonderful place to work and grow as they provide meaningful support and care for their employees and their clients. One of the best companies I worked for in my career. This is a very all for one, one for all experience.

Cons

They are consistently pushing for growth and improvement so it helps to flexible and nimble as an employee as they do embrace change.
