The culture rewards those who are willing to 'hustle harder' leading many employees to burn out. Turnover is high and there is a revolving door of new hires coming in and experienced, long tenured employees leaving, creating a massive knowledge gap that is felt across the company and with customers. Customers are paying an exorbitant amount for this technology and often leave when they realize the promises made during the sales cycle do not align with the value they are getting. Pair all of these things with unscrupulous business practices and you get a toxic working environment that myself and many before and since my departure have realized is not worth it.
