Management in my experience really cares about your professional well being and growth. Regular manager check-ins, very supportive team, feel my voice is heard especially when it comes to my job and responsibilities. While you are expected to work regular business hours there is complete flexibility whenever needed. You are trusted to get your work done. Unlimited PTO, employer covered healthcare, hybrid work model and more. People team also regularly collects feedback to what else they can add to our benefits. Conductor has built a culture of employees who value each other, value each other's opinions, and that goes beyond just "work".

Cons

The company is very much growing so with that comes constant change to process and goals. Things move fast here which is exciting but not for everyone.
