- Incredible culture and people. Many companies say this, but I had worked at Conductor for 6 years, left and recently came back and it truly is a great place to work - Product is best in class, has improved by leaps and bounds over the past 36 months. - Unlimited PTO and solid benefits - High level of communication from leadership down

Cons

- Not necessarily a con, but need to be agile and ready for a fast paced and changing environment

Market leading product — read the great reviews on G2 & check out Forrester. Love Seth’s transparency and recent leadership additions have strengthened the org. People are friendly and supportive. The right place for a self-start who wants to take ownership & grow. Company is making big investments and is doing better than it’s ever done before.
