We've pivoted from a feature factory to a true product-led organization. Leadership has shown a lot of discipline in rejecting shiny object syndrome, prioritizing long-term defensibility in our AI strategy over short-term competitor chasing. I have a huge amount of autonomy to drive outcomes, and my career growth is treated as a priority alongside the business goals.
Cons
We're an incumbent in a space with an insane amount of constant AI disruption, so the pressure to execute is high. We're building new innovation muscles that we didn't historically have, which means the work is demanding and often complex. This is not a "maintain the status quo" company. We're fighting to win the next era of the market.
