Pros

Leading the pack in an expanding market. Leadership cares about you and your professional growth. You can carve your own path and are encouraged to do so. No idea is ever not discussed or considered. No matter what stage in your career you are in if you have a good idea leadership will let you run with it which creates an incredible amount of opportunity to grow quickly.

Cons

Changing and growing rapidly so you have to be comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Pros

The company continues grow and thrive in spite of its exit from wework, Covid-19, a downturn in the economy and generally everything 2020 has thrown at it. It has taken great care to be flexible and keep in mind the needs of its staff during covid. It just was named the top SEO platform in the Forrester Wave report for the second time in a row. It continues to be the top rated platform on G2 and TrustRadius by clients. The product continues to grow leaps and bounds. The customer success is second to none in the industry and folks genuinely care for each other and their clients. Leadership frequently shares metrics with great transparency so that everyone understands how the company is doing and where it is going. Leadership is very attuned to feedback both internal and external and does a great job taking actions and responding to needs both of its people and its clients.

Cons

Career pathing isn't always evident as you often have to build your next role. You need to have an entrepreneurial spirit to keep up as things move fast. if that's not for you than this would be a con.

Pros

The environment is fast paced and ever changing, allowing for lots of cross departmental collaboration and learning opportunities. The perks and benefits, especially when under the WeWork umbrella were amazing.

Cons

Lack of diversity is downright appalling. And even more so is the lack of interest in fixing or even seeing this issue. The CEO’s idea of diversity is hiring a rap artist to entertain his employees after meeting their quota. That’s just the beginning of a very serious issue that has been detrimental to many POC’s success and longevity with the company. Exec level leadership can be divisive and deceitful. Favoritism runs rampant, placing inexperienced people in positions they have no business being. There's a fear amongst employees causing lots of distrust, even among teammates. This is leading the company down a toxic path and they’re losing their best people over it. The company claims to be People First, but HR leadership is a part of the toxicity and can't be trusted. They seemed to have gotten rid of those who really stood up for the people.
